These terms outline the conditions under which Harbourside Stem Delivery provides its flower delivery services to restaurants and hospitality venues within Bristol and nearby areas. By placing an order or using our booking form, you agree to these terms.
We supply and deliver fresh flowers arranged for restaurant use. Deliveries occur according to agreed schedules and are subject to availability of seasonal stems and access conditions at the premises.
Orders are accepted by email or via our online request form. Confirmation of timing and cost is provided before any delivery takes place. All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
We plan routes to meet the time frames agreed during confirmation. Minor variations may occur due to traffic or weather. In the event of unavoidable delay, we will notify the client as soon as practical and arrange a new window.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to delivery areas. We will handle flowers with due care but are not responsible for damage arising after completion of the handover.
Flowers are prepared in chilled conditions and transported in water or hydrated packaging. Once delivered, responsibility for care and storage transfers to the client. We advise placing arrangements away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery incur no charge. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the order value to cover preparation time and materials. Adjustments to recurring schedules can be made by email with at least two working days’ notice.
Weekly or monthly delivery plans renew automatically until written notice of change or cancellation is received. Prices may vary according to seasonal stem costs. Clients will be notified of adjustments at least seven days in advance.
Invoices are issued after each delivery or at the end of an agreed billing period. Payment is due within fourteen days of the invoice date unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect loss or consequential damages arising from late or missing deliveries. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights under UK law.
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures, or supplier disruption. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and propose revised schedules.
